This is a nutrient-dense and calorie-controlled diet program, created by resident food coach of Biggest Loser Philippines, Nadine Tengco and Chef Barni Alejandro-Rennebeck. It includes all food groups (yes, rice included!) and fortified with the Fat-fighting 4 Nutrients – Calcium, Fiber, Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Vitamin D. Despite the ample portions, you lose weight fast the healthy way not only because the calories are controlled, but also because the ingredients in themselves burn and prevent the storage of fat.

Based on your height, weight, and activity level, you will either fall in the 1200 or 1400 calorie group.

The POUNDS AWAY DIET PROGRAM is at P1,000 per day inclusive of: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 Snacks delivered daily
