Counting calories requires a lot of effort and discipline, which is why we’re taking a load off your shoulders and preparing calorie-controlled lunch and dinner meals called Dine Lite 350-Calorie Meals. With Dine Lite, you may be eating lighter, but you’re getting a whole lot of nutrients. Each nutritionist-approved meal contains 350 calories or less and is made with lean protein, fresh vegetables, and one-third cup of high-fiber carbs, and you get a snack or dessert if you choose Dine Lite Plus. Choose Menu A with no repeat meals of up to 1 month, Menu B if you want a taste of our all-time favorites or do a custom package combining both. The possibilities are endless! Our menus feature a wide range of low-calorie rice and pasta dishes, sandwiches, and wraps. After all, eating light doesn’t have to be a boring experience.

2 meals per day + a surprise snack or dessert which you can choose to have as an after lunch or dinner treat or light morning or mid-afternoon meal.

  • Cut-off for orders and payments through credit card and bank deposit/transfer is 12 noon, the day before delivery
  • Delivered before 12 noon on day of consumption

      or 721-8881 and give us the following info:
      full name, payment pick-up & delivery address, contact numbers and order(s) with total price
    • Day 2: Payment pick-up will only be between 2:00 pm – 5:00
      (TSC will send you a confirmation of your email or call in the morning)
    • Day 3: Processing of your order
    • Day 4: Start of your delivery on or before 12 noon with no specific time
      (unless client indicates a later date)
