350-calorie healthy meals made with lean protein, fresh vegetables, 1/3 cup of high-fiber carbs. Customize your own plan by combining dishes from both menus.

2 meals per day + a surprise snack or dessert which you can choose to have as an after lunch or dinner treat or light morning or mid-afternoon meal.
