A low-carb, moderate protein and high-fat plan for rapid weight loss, this MEAT-FREE version of our KETO Diet features the all-natural meat substitute Quorn as protein source in some dishes. Chef Barni’s creative menu derives fat mostly from healthy oils and dairy.
